1.How to make an order?

A.Register or sign in to Lancejewelry.com.
B. Select and add an item to your cart. Make sure that the color, size and quantity, etc. are what you want, send a ticket if you have any doubts.
C.On the consultation, correct shipping address, the shipping method and payment method if necessary. Add comments if you have special requests on the order.
D.An order number will automatically appear as soon as you click the button to complete the order.
E.When the payment is confirmed, the order will be launched within 2 working days.
F.All information can be monitored during production, the package will be shipped promptly when items are ready.
G.The tracking number will be provided to track the status of your order.

2. How to pay ?

There are many payment methods available on Lancejewelry.com as listed below. You can choose the most convenient to you.

PayPal

What are the advantages of paying by PayPal?
1. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.
2. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
3. PayPal does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Lance jewelry doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which prevents the risk of unauthorized use.

How to use PayPal?
There are two situations:
1. On your Order Conformation page, click PayPal after reviewing your items. Fill in your information the page required. Then click Confirm the Order. You will be lead to Payment Page, click “Checkout using Paypal”, you will leave Lance jewelry.com and enter PayPal. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you haven't already, and follow the on-screen instructions given by PayPal. Once you’ve completed your payment information, you will be directed back to our site.
2. You directly log in your Paypal account to pay the money to our account, for this situation, our system will not remind your payment, so please leave your order number.

Who pays the handling charge?
The buyers are responsible for the handling charge. Handling charge=4%*Total amount

PayPal is suitable for the amount below 200 USD.

3.Can you make the jewelry in harmless environmental material?

Yes, we can make the most jewelry in harmless environmental material, for example we can make the most jewelry in nickel, lead & cadmium free if you require before production. But the environmental and the not environmental jewelry are different prices, the prices we quote in our website are just the normal quality prices. So if you have some environmental material requirements( e.g. nickel, lead, cadmium, AZO,PCP,etc), pls kindly tell us your environmental standards. We will check with the jewelry factories if they can make the styles in your environmental standards and the relevant prices.
